Cakes by Diane’s sourdough starter is available in both dehydrated and active versions. Dehydrated starter comes in 15 gram packets and is ready to be rehydrated and ready to bake with in 3-5 days. Active starter comes ready to bake with. Both versions come with instructions and basic sourdough bread recipe.
