MEET DIANE!
Hello! My name is Diane Mencke, and I love to create beautiful and delicious cakes for weddings and other celebrations.

I have always enjoyed baking, having learned to bake as a little girl, and started decorating cakes about 15 years ago totally by accident! A friend asked me to join her in a cake decorating class offered at the local hobby store. We took that class and two others, and then another friend convinced me that I should make her daughter’s wedding cake, and the rest is history!

I hope you enjoy looking at the cakes I’ve created. I’ve certainly had a blast making them!
