Sourdough is my newest baking love and I’m making all sorts of yummy things with it!!! Sourdough is easier to digest for those that find they have a gluten intolerance. The lactic acid found in sourdough bread improves the growth of healthy gut bacteria which gives your immune system a boost plus bottom line, it’s just delicious bread!!!!! Artisan loafs have a more free form shape while sandwich loaves are baked in a rectangular bread pan and have a more uniform shape.  Artisan and sandwich loaves are 1000 gram loaves.
